it’s a classic for a reason
Coffee, breakfast, boutique market, all-day takeout counter
Start your day with our custom roast by Stamp Act Coffee and a breakfast sandwich. We bake our own breads and cure and smoke our own meats, preparing classic foods at their foundation. The counter is our quick-service entrance at the heart of our operation: coffee, smoothies, our own kombucha, market goods, books, grab-and-go foods, and takeout. Order online and skip the line; counter is open from 8-4 daily.
All day, family-friendly bar
Our lively bar space is open for lunch and dinner, plus that awkward time in between, every day. Featuring our all-day menu loaded with burgers, sandwiches, oysters and fries, hearty salads and bowls, and a broad selection of cocktails, beer/wine, and thoughtful non-alcoholic drinks. We prepare these casual foods the same we do everything: house-made breads, Washington-ranched dry-aged beef, certified humane and GMO-free Washington pork, wild seafood, farm-direct oysters, local/organic vegetables. Seating is first-come, first-served from 11-9 daily.
Come by for our all-vinyl soundtrack and a convivial time. The bar is a perfect spot to make some new friends!
Refined, elegant dining
When you’re in the mood, our Dining Room offers a touch of elegance - whether it’s date night, a birthday/anniversary, or you just feel like a martini and golden crispy fries.
Currently offering our Hitchcock Harvest ‘26 menu, featuring the best of the micro-season. We collect our favorite foods from our local network, prepare them with precision, and generally do our best to stay out of their way. When you start with ingredients this good, we think it’s best to let them shine.
We’re pleased to take your reservation for the Dining Room; currently seating from 4-9, Thursday-Sunday.
*The Dining Room is also the home of Kingfisher, our Supperclub dinner series.

The surest, most efficient way to blow the minds of out-of-town visitors: The condensed romance of a ferry ride to Bainbridge Island, followed by a dinner of oysters and salmon tartare, and superlative roast chicken at Brendan McGill’s original restaurant.
